How it Works
EASY BOOKING – Book online, call or email us as soon as you make your vacation plans to reserve the equipment you need. The latest a reservation can be made is 48 hours before your arrival.
DELIVERY – We will deliver to your private residence, or hotel room between 9 am – 4 pm. Our delivery personnel will strictly follow all the health regulations. Delivery fee/pick up of US$25 will be applied to orders. Minimum order of US$55 (including delivery fee) is required to make a reservation. If your total order is less than US$55 we will be happy to process it but the minimum charge of US$55 (including delivery fee) will apply.
We do not offer self pick up or drop off services – it is your vacation, let us do the work!
FLEXIBLE CANCELATION – We understand travel plans can change! Please give us at least 24 h notice for full refund. We will also issue credit for unused days should your trip is being interrupted ! No questions asked!
CONTACTLESS PICK UP – On the day of your departure we will arrange to pick up the equipment. All pick ups should be ready by 11 am on the day of departure, unless previous arrangements have been made. Late check outs might be subject to additional charge. Delivery Restrictions Apply.
SAFETY AND CLEANLINESS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN OUR #1 PRIORITY! -All our products are up to date and meet all the current safety standards. All the products are THROUGHLY cleaned and sanitized with non-toxic products before delivery. Please refer to Clean & Safe on our web site for details on our cleaning process.
MISSING EQUIPMENT – in the event the equipment is not returned as agreed, it is damaged or missing you will be responsible for any replacement/repair charges plus $100 late fee.
