The earlier, the better. Depending on the time of year demand could be high, we recommend to reserve your equipment once you know your dates of travel.
The minimal rental period is 2 days
At the time of booking, full payment must be made to reserve equipment.
We deliver to most hotels, but at the point of booking before you pay we will advise if delivery is available to your area of stay.
You sure can, just contact us with your name and reservation number and we will be happy facilitate your changes.
Our meticulous cleaning process includes hard cleaning of non porous surfaces and misting of all fabric products with an CDC non toxic approved disinfectant. We take the safety and health of our customers seriously.
We do not, but with each booking an instructional video will be sent.
In the event the equipment is not returned as agreed, it is damaged or missing you will be responsible for any replacement/repair charges plus $100 late fee.
We understand travel plans can change! Please give us at least 24 h notice for full refund. We will also issue credit for unused days should your trip is being interrupted ! No questions asked!
